Buffalo lost Package

I don't know why Shein and Temu.. Use Buffalo.. Many customers that buy online at Shein and Temu have been giving feedback on how bad the service of Buffalo is. I paid my taxes item was showing clearance finished.. The item was in Jhb according to the tracking.. Today I get a message the item is lost.. I will get 100 points for the inconvenience I'm asking about the tax I had to pay no answer.. The machine says it will work harder

So now no item... Lost my money

And will get 100 points add to my Shein profile
