BUFFALO LOST MY PACKAGE

I am very disappointed with your service, my parcel arrived on Friday the 28th of March (customs cleared) and l paid all taxes only to be told on Monday the 31st that my parcel has been lost, How does it get lost in the warehouse where it has been received because we know you don't do deliveries during weekends? how can you be so careless with peoples things and all you can say is sorry without doing proper due diligence. I am sooo angry if l had my way l would sign a petition that you may close that business of yours.
