Buffalo Logistics/Shein
My order was delivered to the wrong address. A place I have never lived before. My right address was on the invoice. They blame the supplier, but when you go to the supplier, everything points to Buffalo Logistics!! I sent at least 4 emails. Tried to phone, but no help. My husband eventually phoned. They told him where the package was delivered. My husband drove there to find package. Security at both sides of the estate said THEY DO NOT TAKE OR SIGN for packages. We received NO help from Buffalo. No refund. NOTHING!!! I lost nearly R900. And they could care less!! I will NEVER be using Shein or Buffalo Logistics again. They openly ***** from their clients with NO remorse what so ever!!

05 Feb 2025, 15:55Adding to my review of 4 February. Spoken to two ladies. Found out that the first package that they thought was nine, wasn't my package. They will track my package an insure that it be resolved in 48 hours.Was promised that the driver will phone me directly so that I can retrieve package from him. Was phoned today at 15:24 telling me that the package was, once again, delivered at security. Went to security. Surprise!!! NO PACKAGE. NO phone call from driver. Package still missing. So I am now left with no option but to make a case of ***** and theft against Buffalo. Clearly one of your staff members and one of your drivers are robbing customers and you turn a blind eye
