Buffalo logistics you are a joke now😡

They don't even deserve the 1 star..I thought that they are the best courier company i guess not😡 So I order my Temu and Buffalo logistics needed to deliver it yesterday guess freaking what a guy phoned me to get my right address 6 o'clock in the morning okay all good I send my physical address and a freaking location,when I go to the app yesterday around 11 o'clock the app showed that wrongly allocate so it's returned to the warehouse (how freaking crazy) my address are even on temu and I've send it to the guy🤔

I emailed them yesterday afternoon guess what just so that they can tell me to send my address again...I send it again and my phone number and still no package update..I phoned customer service and they asked me AGAIN for my address and gave me the whatsapp number for my location and a freaking bot answered me just to tell me he can only reply to written messages 😡like you must be kidding me I'm so frustrated and angry that it feels like I want to cry and scream

And just keep in mind this is not the first time they that they delivered here now it's a big problem and you get no help i emailed them again and I'm still waiting for a reply.
