Buffalo logistics- Wrong delivery TWICE!!!!!!

My package was delivered to the wrong address!!! Twice!!!!! The first time: delivery man, Collins Bheki Nxumalo (absolute bumbling IDIOT) called to let me know he was trying to deliver my parcel and that the residents of that address weren't aware of who I was. I told him, I did not live there and to deliver to the correct address, which I then gave him. Instead of correcting the error, he simply returned my package back to warehouse to be processed yet again! Second time: After multiple calls trying to correct the error myself with yet another bumbling idiot from Buffalo, my parcel sat in dispatch for a week for no reason at all. I later found out it was consigned to another courier company and I was assured it would be delivered to the correct address and yet again my parcel was delivered to the wrong address.

The addresses are very similar in name and number so I understand how the error could be made. What irritates me is the lack of correction. Especially because the mistake made by them when recording my address! I had to chase behind them, and still no one managed to correct the error. All they did was delay the delivery of my parcel for reasons known only to them . I have serious issues with how the address I gave wasn't double checked to make sure it was correct! In addition to the error no one was helpful in fixing it.
