Buffalo logistics worst service ever!

Absolutely disgusted with the service from buffalo logistics, I have my order sitting with them since March and I have paid for my vat the same day to avoid delay but I am still getting emails and phone calls to pay vat after I have even emailed them my proof of payment and called them it's now over 25 days and my order is sitting in accelerated delivery and no-one seems to bother to assist me with getting my stuff delivered,
