Buffalo logistics WORST!! courier company EVER!!

My package was supposed to be delivered on Monday 30 Jan 2023 I received a call from a rude driver called Tom ***) he said I need to walk to where he is or otherwise forget about my delivery , this Tom left with my package and said I must report him cauz he knows nothing will happen , I then called buffalo a lady by the name Judy said she will escalate the matter. Till to date I haven’t received any feedback.

I called the company then again today and spoke to a lady called Palasa who was also rude on the call and said there’s nothing she can do for me.

Buffalo is the worst courier company ever, the worst service and the worst employees!!!!

I’m disappointed that we even have companies in South Africa that provide below the grade services , really appalling 🚮🚮🚮
