Buffalo Logistics - WORST COURIER COMPANY!!!

Worst service ever! Package was out for delivery on 3 Sep - the driver Neo could not deliver because he ran out of time! on 4 Sep I was notified it was dispatched again - yet I am still waiting! No supervisor or manager returned my call. When I called them again to track the package they confirmed it was never dispatched! NEVER USE BUFFALO!!!!!!!
