Buffalo logistics worst courier company

Not only is buffalo logistics the worst courier service company its also a ****ming company. I ordered clothing worth R962 emailed them and enquired about this they responded saying import duties are 45% of value of total clothing but when I calculate I'm supposed to pay R433 but the duties invoice they sent states that I must pay R613.
