Buffalo logistics worst company for service.

Buffalo Logistics pickup a parcel to be sent to Temu for credit. It has gone 7 weeks and calling every other day and it is being escalated. Call told and I was told that they have no trace of my tracking number yet their driver was scanned into my estate to collect from me.i have been given the runaround and when ask for a manager supervisor always not available and in a meeting they will call you back. Not one call. My cellphone bill to Buffalo Logistics for 7weeks has come to R890.00. A horrible company to deal with and as a result I will not purchase from Temu as this sub standard company Buffalo Logistics will have to do my delivery.
