Buffalo logistics worse courier company

I placed an order with shein on the 16 March and paid my custom tax on the 19March. On the 27 march I received an sms from Buffalo logistics to say that my order will be delayed. I then received an email from shein to say that the delivery was failed due to incorrect address or contact details. However the details on the order is correct. I've tried numerous times to contact buffalo logistic via email WhatsApp and telephone line and no one has gotten back to me. I don't know what the status is on my package or when or even if I should expect delivery of the package.
