Buffalo Logistics Won't Deliver My Package

Made on Shein order on the 01st of May 2024. Paid customs on the 04th. Requested urgent delivery. My package arrived in Durban on the 08th but I'm still awaiting delivery. Don't know why they're not delivering my package
