Buffalo logistics - what a disappointment

Can never get hold of them, have tried email, whatsapp, phone lines. No one answers at all. My parcel has been sitting in the local dispatch office for 6 days now - longer than it waited in customs. Unfortunately had no choice but to use this logistics company but would not recommend to anyone
