BUFFALO LOGISTICS WAITING FORM MY SHEIN PARCEL

I made an order on SHEIN and Buffalo Logistics is the courier company. I was supposed to receive my parcel today and I'm told it was misdirected to the wrong depot! How is that my problem? I want my parcel that I have paid for including the tax. Their call centre goes to voicemail and their WhatsApp has no response! I still don't have my parcel and there is no way to contact them and get a response.
