Buffalo Logistics utter incompetence

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the unacceptable service I have received from Buffalo Logistics.

On July 23rd, I placed an international order, and I paid the required duties and taxes through Buffalo Logistic’s portal on July 25th. Despite making the payment, their tracking system continued to indicate that the duties were unpaid. I contacted Buffalo Logistics multiple times, providing proof of payment on each occasion. I even sent through bank statements. Despite speaking with numerous consultants, each of whom assured me they would resolve the issue, nothing has been done. It has now been three weeks since my payment, and the issue remains unresolved. The matter has been escalated multiple times, yet it appears no one is genuinely concerned about resolving it. This package contains all the decorations for my daughter’s upcoming 6th birthday. Given the delays and lack of action on Buffalo Logistic’s part, I am nearly certain that the package will not arrive in time for her celebration—if it arrives at all.

It seems that Buffalo Logistics is so large that individual customers are treated as insignificant. This experience has left me with no desire to ever use their services again, and I will actively advise others to avoid any company that relies on Buffalo Logistics for their import needs.
