Buffalo logistics useless company ever

What a useless company. You pay your tax and they still call you. You forward your proof of payment to *** just to find out that after 2 weeks no one did anything about your proof of payment. You ask to speak to a manager to be told they are in meetings and no one can attend to you. You have to phone back. honestly this is the worst service I have every in my year came accross. How do they still exist. You keep on telling them there system does not work just to be ignored
