Buffalo Logistics Useless

Need to advise you on the appalling experience I have had with Buffalo Logistics.

I ordered from Shein on the 08 October with ample time to get products specifically for an event on Saturday. I patiently placed calls to the Buffalo support centre begging them to assist me in getting my order delivered as I could see it was in their warehouse since the 16 Oct. I must have spoken to 5 - 7 different people in 3 days. Every time the only thing I could get from the support staff was it’s been escalated. I tried to raise it with a Management or Team Leader and every time I was told they were in meetings or out for lunch. No PROBLEM solving

I hate advising anyone of changing services as I know how many staff Buffalo probably employs but I honestly advise Shein in getting another service provider for their courier service as you will be losing some loyal customers with the experience I’ve had.

In the meantime I will still phone Buffalo daily to find out where my parcel is and just the same answer they will escalated to next person
