BUFFALO LOGISTICS Undelivered Parcel For Important Occasion

Hi,I'm Nqubeko Ndlovu from Margate.My Buffalo tracking number is BUFZA6RL01671H2YQ I'm very disappointed with Buffalo Logistics(Durban).I ordered from Shein last month and paid my tax custom to Buffalo on the 8th of November 2024.Got an email on the 20th of November 2024 stating that I will recieve my parcel later on that day,not me canceling all of my appointments so that I can be able to recieve my parcel since it was a very important parcel and I couldn't afford to miss the delivery.I got an email around 12pm on that very same Wednesday saying the delivery vehicle had an issue,Okay fine I understood hoping that at least I would recieve my order the following day or at least today.I have been sending plenty of emails to all Buffalo emails i have seen,tried calling the Buffalo at Johannesburg and what devastates me the most is the workers especially a lady called Brilliant told me there was nothing i could do since she is not "a driver"...Till today I have been tracking parcel and all i recieve is that I will have my parcel within the next 48hours,that 48hours have passed already...To whom it may concern Buffalo I really need my parcel delivered to me before the 27th of November 2024 because it has clothes from Shein which I planned to wear on that day for me and my son for his graduation ceremony...I don't know whether this Buffalo Logistics is a **** or I'm being tested.I have been patient enough,tried communicating with them but all they keeping giving me is that I will receive the parcel in the next 48hours,which 48hours is that because as far as I know 48hours is 2days and this is the 2nd day still no update with my parcel.I really wish for Shein to change to a better logistics like RAM or Aramax which never fails to deliver on time.If I don't receive my parcel by Monday the 25th,I don't think it will be needed anymore because by than I won't be able to know whether the sizes we ordered from Shein are the perfect fit or not.Please Buffalo I urge for you to deliver my parcel.
