Buffalo logistics *****ulent signatures for packages

Buffalo logistics is a ****mers and *****sters!!!!! On the 13th of February I get a call from the delivery guy that they want to deliver my package, I was at work and asked it to be delivered the next day. I get told that I have to sign for it and if not do I know my neighbors can they sign and I said no. I get confirmation of delivery signed and I did not to receive my package. I called yesterday and get told it was deliver in the morning and signed for. I was at home the Whole day and NOBODY DELIVERED ANYTHING. I called the customer service and whatsapp line and gets sent from pillar to post. I then get another email confirmation of delu9of a package I did not get only to be told it was signed for by a Michaela Abrahams I PERSON I DO NOT KNOW. I then get told they will investigate and let me in 48hrs. I'm absolutely appalled the pathetic service
