Buffalo Logistics the worst of the worst

Buffalo got the worst service ever. My item from Shein was collected at my office on 30th Jan for refund. I called Buffalo on the 5th, 6th and 7 Feb and all they could tell was that my parcel was still with Skynet. Called Skynet only to find out my parcel was delivered to Buffalo warehouse on 1st Feb, Proof provided. Called again and their agent told me they can't send my parcel to Shein as its expensive to send 1 item back to China, wanted to speak to supervisor they made me hold for 30 min and got cut off, Still waiting for feedback up to now.
