I do not even know if you know what customer service is. You are a terrible terrible service provider. How can a driver simply report and say a call was not answered yet i have proof of speaking to the driver and worse they never even called on a second attempt of delivery if there was even ever a second attempt. Thereafter you tell your clients you do not have the details of the drivers, really?
