Buffalo Logistics. Terrible service

I had a TEMU package being delivered. I contacted Buffalo and advised that I would not be available on 3 March. They still tried to deliver and as notified, I was unavailable. I have been trying for 2 days to reschedule delivery. Their response is that I did not communicate with the driver on 3 March (the day that I was unavailable and had notified thereof).
