Buffalo logistics terrible service

The worst service ever I've tried calling them 3 times now and no answer I've send 2 emails no answer. My package is a week late already and the tracker Lie about where my package is. I'm disgusted by this service. This is my second experience with Buffalo Logistics and both times where awfull.
