Buffalo Logistics Sucks

I have been awaiting delivery of my parcel since 1st April 2022 from SHEIN. Buffalo does not communicate timeously with its customers if there are delays, they dont call or uodate their website for estimated delivery times. To add onto that i have called regarding BUFZA***YQ and held on for 45minutes only for my call to be cut. Im never ordering from SHEIN i really deepise how Buffalo conducts business or prioritises its clients.
