Buffalo Logistics suck!!!!

I have been waiting almost two months now for Buffalo to come an collect a package that was requested for return.

They do not answer their phones. On whatsapp you only talk to a bot and does not assist.

Emails take very long to be rep**** and the feedback I get is that it will be collected between 7-14 working days or a driver has been allocated but until today nobody has collected the package.

Worst service ever!!!!
