Buffalo logistics suck

Since 7th March I waiting on a parcell the status on shein changed to received however u can clearly see the trail and my parcell nver left the warehouse ,u cannot get hold of anyone to assist you the call centre is always busy and it doesn't seem like they have excallation department because no one will call you back it feels like u have been ****** because shein sends your parcell all the way from China and it gets here to south africa and the logistic company's Rob us I mean seriously give us the **** shein parcel we paid for it
