Buffalo logistics stole my items

Buffalo service usually does deliver efficiently but, when I missed a delivery they never attempted to deliver again. I called countless times ans all they did was escalate the matter with no resolve. I believe my items were ****** because they didn't update my order since the last delivery attempt. The drivers also lie because the driver claimed he attempted to deliver my item at 6am. When I enquired about the time of delivery, they confirmed that drivers only start work at 7am. Furthermore, there's no channel for complaints
