BUFFALO LOGISTICS SOUTH AFRICA - YOU ARE SICK

Buffalo remains the worst ever logistics company. They just don't take pride in anything they do. They DON'T answer on the calls, when you reach number 1 in the line you are cut off. Dial again, same happens. They don't reply on emails and talking to an agent directly is of non-existence. My parcel arrived in SA 10 April 2024, cleared from Customs on 10 April 2024, today 17 April 2024 still no indication of delivery whatsoever. SHOCKING, these people are probably not trained properly or they are just out of their depth.
