Buffalo logistics should be named Buffalo *****STERS

I ordered from Temu and they use this courier Company in South Africa Buffalo logistics but you pay import rax to these *****sters as well I tried to get a refund for going on fourteen weeks with no success. When you phone you talk to either Johannesburg or Capetown branch and even the call centers say that if you talk to other branch they are useless so how must you as customer feel. I then reached out to Temu and just get generic responses. Buffalo took FIVE TIMES the tax amount from my bank account and now I must write it of as these *****sters do not pay me back. Take a tip from me do not buy from Temu in South Africa untill they get profecional courier guys
