Buffalo Logistics should be banned from operating in South Africa immediately!!!!

I unfortunately cannot select 0 stars! I need the South African government to investigate if this company is legit or not because there is NO way it is legal to operate the way they are! I have been waiting for a parcel to be picked up since the beginning of September. I have been calling EVERY WEEK to follow up, and have had to cancel the request and re-request because they keep cancelling it! The less said about their call centre agents the better!! I just went to their website and there are OVER 500 negative reviews there with every one complaining about the same thing! They need to be investigated, there is something sinister going in that company!!!!
