BUFFALO LOGISTICS & SHEIN RETURNED MY PARCEL FOR NO REASON

I am so unimpressed with Buffalo International Logistics. I got an email and sms confirming that my order will be delivered in 24hrs, 12hrs later I got an email that my parcel has been returned to the warehouse. Firstly, no driver contacted me confirming delivery if they had issues and all my information was there, address and contact numbers. I feel so inconvinienced because I can't even go collect it myself or even call the delivery person to make sure all is clear. SHEIN & Buffalo I am not happy at all, even the response or turn around time is BAD! You don't respond to whatsapp!
