Buffalo Logistics Shein Parcels

Buffalo never contacted me to inform me that they will deliver and then they arrived when i was not present at the location. It has now been 2 days that the drivers did not pick up my parcel. The call has been escalated and now i have to wait 72 hours for them to decide how to resolve this. BUFFALO IS THE WORST COURIER SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA!!! They take 10 mins to answer phone calls plus the online chat service is just as bad. They never answer emails. Super pathethic!! I wish they can be blocked from accepting Shein & Temu parcels. IT'S TOTALLY ABSURB AND UNACCEPTABLE!! I really don't understand how they can still be in business .....
