Buffalo logistics, Shein and skynet Not delivering on time!!!

I placed my order on the 31st March and my order arrived in South Africa paid costumes and waited it's now post 3 - 4 weeks and I'm still waiting for my order. I texted them on whatsapp and they said my parcel is being dispatched by skynet. Skynet sent an sms out for delivery on the 11 of April and they didn't come to deliver. Today it is the 17th April and I'm still waiting for my parcel this is really frustrating and sad. I'm not happy at all
