Buffalo Logistics: Shaming the Buffalo's name

I simply received a message at 10:14am stating that my order will will be delivered within 48 hours. No option to reschedule. At 12:53 I had a miss call and WhatsApp message from Neo to state that he is in front of my gate. He suggested that he could throw my parcel over the gate. Of course I did not want broken contents so I said no. Now I have to pay delivery fee once again because Buffalo Logistics think that offering a "within 48 hour delivery" is acceptable and also they do not have a reschedule option. Buffalo Logistics, we are not in the era of Noah's Ark anymore, get with the times.
