BUFFALO LOGISTICS' SERVICES are dissapointing

i am extremely dissapointed and angry with BUFFALO. I have two shipments from shein. First one was made on 21 August and the second one on 23 August. THe second one arrived in South AFrica 29 August and tax was paid few days before, however i still havent received any communication since then. The first order still hasnt arrived in South Africa apparently there was a flight delay but no communication or update since 31 August. I have tried calling, emailing, texting on Whtasapp but they just ignore everything. AT least ****en update me so that i dont worry
