Buffalo Logistics Service is Atrocious

The service from Bufallo Logistics has been atrocious to say the least. Firstly just to speak to someone takes you 20-30 minutes holding on the call. They have promised my package which was sent back on 10 June twice and no package, then they make notes to dispatch the package again only to call again and the next agent says there is no updated notes, I have an expensive package from overseas and will be taking legal action.
