Buffalo Logistics service are just very poor

Received an sms yesterday that i will receive my delivery from Buffalo. Waited the entire day, no delivery or phone call. Went to the website and saw an sms number, sent a text and still reponse. Service seems very poor, not sure if i will get my delivery today or even next week at the rate they operate.
