I have purchased off Shein frequently over 2 years now which means Buffalo was frequently the courier service to deliver my parcel. I must say I havent had any issues, my delivery has always been on time and they communicate with me via WhatsApp to double confirm my delivery address or call to inform me they on their way with delivery.
