Buffalo Logistics SA - Terrible Service

I have ordered an item from Temu (and unfortunately they use Buffalo). On the tracking number it says: "Return! reason:TEL no answer" - however I was not called on the date they claim. They claim 3 failed delivery attempts of which the 1st one I've rep**** to the driver stating that I am not at home. The consecutive attempts are nonsense - I have not been called. Die is baie slapgat - mens moet hulle boude blink lek en hulle gee net nie 'n moer om nie.
