Buffalo Logistics,.... run.....terrible service!

Worst service ever!

Waiting for a package from FirmAbs. Keep receiving updates that my package arrived at the warehouse over many weeks, then receive calls from courier guys who advise me they are not delivering.the package as it was wrongly allocated to them. It is then returned to the depo and I receive an email notification that I can schedulr the next delivery at my own cost!

When you phone their support number on ***, you hold on very long and are told to refer back to a whatsapp service that request me to pay for re-delivery at my cost!!! And only in another 24hours.

Disgusting service!!!
