I ordered online from Airy Cloth. The articles shipped the next day. I received an sms to pay duty, I paid immediately. Three days later I received another message saying that my parcel could not be delivered and was returned to the depot. To have it resent, I needed to pay R175.

There is absolutely no record of the courier having been to my home to deliver. When the bell at the gate is rung, it comes to my phone and this has not happened with any courier.

The company Airy Cloth should consider an alternative courier - we have good couriers in the country and BUFFALO is not one of them - they are being less than honest I feel and I feel totally **********
