Buffalo logistics review

Buffalo didn’t attempt to call me or email me before delivering my package However today they sent me an email that delivery has failed due to insufficient address or incorrect phone number. How is my phone number or address wrong when it’s not the first time using that address and I never had a problem. Buffalo please find a way to deliver my parcel.
