Buffalo Logistics refusal to refund

Ordered goods from Temu. When delivery was to be made, I advised them I was abroad and gave alternate adress still in same town. They never comp****. Upon return I was advised to pay second delivery fee, this I did. Buffalo sent the parcel back, now giving me the run around to get my import taxes refunded Also refusing to refund me my second delivery fee. I am totally frustrated with their shabby service Maybe time SARS audits them to see how much import taxes they retain, which should be refunded to clients
