Buffalo logistics refund

On the 25th of March 2025 I paid for logistics amounted to R246 and I was told my parcel was lost no refund was made for my logistic money from Buffalo I had to pay IMILE again for my parcel to be delivered. When I call them I always get an answering machine even on whatsapp I'm not getting any help
