Buffalo Logistics poor services!

The driver of Buffalo Logistics phoned me on Monday to do a delivery and I informed him that I am working in Randfontein but will make arrangements to be home the following day. The Tuesday the tracking report informs me that the driver was at my house at 07h35 - my study is looking towards the gate, my 3 dogs did not bark and my husband left for work at 07h35?? So then the process starts to try and speak to somebody regarding this false report info; NO SUCCESS!! there are NO client services!
