BUFFALO LOGISTICS - poor service

The level of service from Buffalo is shocking!!

I received an email from Buffalo stating that my parcel BUFZA***YQ is ready for delivery on 30 December. Today is the 5th January, I am yet to receive my parcel.

I tried to phone Buffalo, was number 45 in the que. When it was finally my turn, the message said there is no reply at that extension and the mail box is full and the call dropped. I also send a whatsapp, msg which remains unread.

No communication from this company whatsoever, and it is impossible to contact them.
