Buffalo logistics poor service and delivery

I waited for my delivery the whole day at home only for it to be returned and labelled as delivery failed mind you I received my other order from them the previous day just fine which also had the same contacts and address, today they didn’t show up at my place nor did they try to contact me, I’m really Disappointed and angry!!! This was a huge purchase and I waited all day for it. Such poor service. Is this a money making skim to get more money from us??
