Buffalo Logistics - POOR SERVICE !!

The worst company to deal with. They do not answer the phone, msg says send whatsapp, they dont answer that either. Have tried for days to contact them as our company close tomorrow for the holiday and there will be no one to receive the parcel that was bought a month ago as a gift!! I wanted to arrange collection instead - Very unprofessional. I would give them 0 stars if there was a option to do so. I have no idea what will happen to this parcel. I would advise people do not buy from anyone who use this company. This is a very expensive lesson, rather support local.
