Buffalo Logistics. Poor service

My parcel never arrived at the documented address in Kimberley despite trying numerous times to contact the courier services. Extra delivery were paid as was requested, delivery address corrected. Still no parcel and still getting notifications from Buffalo logistics for more payment. Parcel is worth +R 1000, ordered 6 months ago from Postur. I would not advise anyone to use Buffalo Logistics.
