Buffalo Logistics Poor Service

Extremely poor service. Buffalo never delivered my parcel and the Managers are not available to take customer complaint calls. I was sent from one call agent to the next (4 in total) , none of whom could capture my delivery information correctly. I had to spell my street address each time I spoke to an agent. I still have not received my delivery one week later.
